Brian Started his career machining while serving in the military.  After the military, Brian, completed his machining training at a technical college.  Brian has worked in the manufacturing industry for several years before entering the sales/technical side of the business.  The opportunity presented itself to go to work for himself.  With his strong background in cutting tools, applications, and customer service it seemed like the perfect fit.  Brian has been able to establish himself in the 4 state area and targets large accounts.

Mike started his machining career at Smith International as a machinist and worked his way up to the CNC machining manager.  After leaving Smith international, Mike worked with Greenfield Industries as a Southern Region Application Specialist and then was promoted to Regional Manager.  After Greenfield Industries, he went to work at Xact Form as a Regional Manager providing customers with technical and application support.  Mike has worked with different distributors  & customers providing programming help, technical support, application support, and sales training.

​Bryan started his career working at a local industrial distributorship doing different odd jobs around their shop. He found helping customers to be his passion, so he moved up to an outside sales position. Once involved with outside sales, Bryan found his niche to be the metalworking side of his business. Through training with their key manufacturer’s, tackling his customers challenges, and through personal growth, Bryan’s been able to grow his technical ability. With a great understanding of his market, Bryan can take on his customer’s challenges and get them the answers that they need to complete their projects on time and under budget.
